• We promptly reply to guests and provide friendly communication from initial inquiry to trip completion

• We screen guests to mitigate risk

• We coordinate turnovers between guests, including professional cleanings, replenishment of household supplies, and basic property maintenance

• We create a custom house manual and digital guidebook to share local activities and to enhance the guest experience 

• We provide a monthly overview of revenue and expenses, including number of bookings and nights of occupancy
